Call Coach Privacy Notice

Call Coach is a skills-only plugin that runs inside ChatGPT and is published by RocketPhone.ai. The only content it works on is what you paste, upload or otherwise supply in your ChatGPT conversation — typically a sales call or video-meeting transcript, together with any notes, instructions or questions you add alongside it.

Call Coach does not connect to your phone system, softphone, contact centre, mobile network, calendar or CRM, and it does not record calls. It has no access to audio, contact records or account data of its own: if you do not provide something in the ChatGPT conversation, Call Coach does not have it. Using Call Coach does not require a RocketPhone account.

When you use Call Coach solely inside ChatGPT, RocketPhone does not receive the transcript, your prompts, the analysis output, or any other content you supply to the plugin.

RocketPhone therefore does not collect or retain transcript content through the Call Coach plugin itself. Content you enter in ChatGPT is handled by OpenAI under OpenAI's applicable privacy practices, which you can review in OpenAI's Privacy Policy. RocketPhone is not responsible for how OpenAI processes, stores or uses content within ChatGPT.

Within ChatGPT, the transcript and content you supply are used only to produce the sales-call analysis you asked for — for example a summary, sentiment, qualification-framework coverage (such as MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, SPICED, BANT, Challenger or Sandler), buying signals, objections, agreed next steps, follow-up drafting and coaching for the rep.

Because that content never reaches RocketPhone when you use Call Coach solely in ChatGPT, RocketPhone does not use it for marketing, profiling, scoring, model training, or to populate RocketPhone or Salesforce records.

RocketPhone does not receive transcript content submitted solely through Call Coach, so there is no transcript content for RocketPhone to share with anyone.

If you follow a link from Call Coach to the RocketPhone website, or submit RocketPhone's demo request form, that is a separate interaction with RocketPhone and is governed by RocketPhone's Privacy Notice. The information involved is what you choose to submit — for example your name, work email address, phone number, company and the product you are interested in — and it is used to respond to your enquiry. RocketPhone does not sell personal data; details of the wider categories of recipients and service providers are set out in RocketPhone's Privacy Notice rather than repeated here.

Because RocketPhone does not receive transcript content submitted solely to Call Coach in ChatGPT, RocketPhone has no Call Coach transcript-content retention period — there is no such content held by RocketPhone to retain or delete.

For personal data you submit through rocketphone.ai or the RocketPhone demo request form, retention is governed by RocketPhone's published Privacy Notice, which states that personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described there.

For transcripts and other content you place in ChatGPT, retention is determined by OpenAI and your ChatGPT workspace and account settings, not by RocketPhone.

You decide what you submit. Only provide transcripts or other content you are authorised to use, avoid including unnecessary sensitive or personal information, and take care to respect the privacy of everyone who took part in the conversation.

You are never required to follow a RocketPhone link or submit the RocketPhone demo request form in order to use Call Coach, and you can decline either at any time.
